Two Classes per Week

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 11:15am 

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12:30pm

In The Movement Studio, Terenure, Dublin 6W

Whether your are looking to get back into exercise and build strength after birth, or push yourself with your strength in a studio setting, these classes suit all levels of postnatal fitness and use a combination of Georgy’s multidisciplinary approach of Pilates and strength & conditioning.

 

Designed for all levels of fitness, regardless of your exercise history during pregnancy or prior to pregnancy, all classes are designed to advance your training and elevate your fitness in a studio setting.

 

Details are as follows:
 

  1. 2 x Training Sessions per Week for a 6 week term 

  2. Every Tuesday & Thursday morning at 11:15am

  3. Workouts focus on core strengthening using pilates methods, overall full body strength and metabolic conditioning 

  4. Babies welcome* 

  5. All fitness levels welcome, strictly postnatal and beyond only 

  6. Classes are limited to 10 mothers per 6 week term

  7. Open to both non-members and members of the studio

  • €250 for the group training block including 2 sessions per week, over 6 weeks

*if your baby is a confident crawler/walker, we ask that they remain in the buggy/bounder for the duration of class. This is for their own safety and that of other the other mothers and babies
