What equipment do I need?

Workouts range from bodyweight, to resistance band workouts to dumbbell workouts - but you can filter according to the equipment you have

Are the workouts difficult for a beginner?

Unless they are clearly marked as advanced, they are for all fitness levels regardless off your exercise background. I will often give modifications for more challenging exercises and there are beginner workouts in there to start you on your journey

Are they safe for during pregnancy?

Yes, unless they are clearly marked as postnatal only or if you have contraindications to exercise by your consultation/GP, they are safe for pregnant women right up until your due date

What order should I do the workouts in?

Any order you want! That's the beauty of it, you have complete control over the workout length, equipment and targeted body area (eg. lower body). Unless they are listed as advanced, you can make every workout as challenging as you want it to be. If you need help with starting out, always email me and I can recommend a few. Those listed as beginner workouts are a great place to start too

How would you recommend using the channel?

This is down to personal preference and dependent on your goals, however if you are looking for 4 days a week, a good place to start would be Full body workouts and cardio to build up basic strength & cardio vascular endurance, then splitting them into a lower body work, upper & core workout, full body workout and a cardio workout.

Can I cancel the subscription anytime?

Yes, after the 7 day free trial, you can cancel the rolling subscription or pause it whenever you like, there is no minimum term. You will have access until the end of that payment month
