My Background

Hi! My name is Georgy, mummy to two girls, and I am here to support mothers and mother's-to-be with their exercise and fitness goals through their journey of motherhood -  showing you how to exercise safely and effectively.

Having had two babies myself I have been on the journey of pregnancy, birth, postnatal core and body rehabilitation - twice. It was through this journey that I realised that there was a serious lack of reputable and easily-accessible knowledge to help new mothers regain their confidence in exercise in a time effective way to work around babies and toddlers. So I felt it was up to me to make that change. I made the decision to leave my job in commercial real estate, shifting my career to become a personal trainer in order to specialise in busy mothers, just like myself.

My approach is all about empowerment. I want you to feel strong, and confident, all from the comfort of your own home. Be it one-to-ones, online pregnancy or postnatal classes or outdoor bootcamp classes, there is something for everyone and I’m here to personally help you on your journey to a stronger, healthier, more confident you.

As a mother of two who desperately struggled to find reputable exercise during pregnancy and  postnatally, I have taught and perfected the ability to workout efficiently and effectively from home with a range of different methods to help you get the most out of your workouts. We are all short on time, so this channel will help allow exercise slot into your day more easily
