  6. Workouts can be sent to you after to repeat between sessions if requested

  7. Flexible booking system to work around your schedule

All training is delivered either online through Zoom or I bring the equipment (currently Dublin only) so you can workout in the comfort of your home or local park and removes the need to find childcare or have a gym membership
