I’ve worked with thousands of mothers to help them become stronger, fitter and feel more energised through all stages of motherhood.

Through becoming a mother myself (I now have 3 small children) I realised that there was a serious lack of reputable and easily-accessible knowledge.

Going through pregnancy, birth and beyond is a huge toll for the body and I’ve made it my mission to help women to support themselves physically, so they could enjoy every moment and movement along the way. 

New mothers need help to regain their confidence with exercise in a time effective way, and to work around babies and toddlers. I realised it was up to me to make that change - to make exercise accessible, make it affordable and above else, make it enjoyable which I’ve done through my pre and postnatal programs, challenges and online workout channel.

Now I want to spread this message even further and help thousands more mothers through in person or online talks, events and podcasts.

Georgy is a PT, a pregnancy and postnatal specialist and a mother of three. Georgy is an expert when it comes to minding yourself andf your body before during and after babies and has a wealth of experience coaching women through these important life stages. Georgy takes the vanity and anxiety surrounding working out and insists on a ten minute approach, breathwork, wearing what feels comfortable and getting a physio when you have had your babies. Georgy retrained as a PT after a spell in the UK as a realtor, she is now empowering women across Ireland with her no-nonsense and expert approach.
