Mum and Baby Bootcamp Classes

Outdoor - Terenure College RFC, Dublin 6. Suitable for all postnatal mothers (6+ weeks) and beyond.

Designed is for all levels of fitness, regardless of your exercise history during pregnancy or prior to pregnancy. A great opportunity to not only exercise, but meet other mums and become part of the community!

  1. 45 minute group workout class

  2. Workouts are entirely body weight or using basic equipment supplied by the trainer - all you need to bring is an exercise mat and some water

  3. Strength, conditioning & cardio based workout, focusing on the postnatal body after baby

  4. All babies welcome!

  5. Located at Terenure College RFC, Dublin 6

The bootcamp is an outdoor class so I recommend dressing appropriately for the weather and please dont forget an exercise mat. If you have any questions prior to class, get in touch either on the contact tab, or message me on Instagram.

Each class is €10.50 including a coffee at the onsite coffee shop, €8 without a coffee
