Mum and Baby Bootcamp Classes

Outdoor - Terenure College RFC, Dublin 6. Suitable for all postnatal mothers (6+ weeks) and beyond.

  1. 50 minute group workout class

  2. Workouts are entirely body weight or basic equipment supplied by the trainer

  3. Strength, conditioning & cardio based

  4. All babies welcome!

Bootcamp is for all levels of fitness, regardless of your exercise history during pregnancy or prior to pregnancy. The Bootcamp is an outdoor class so I recommend dressing appropriately for the weather and you will also need an exercise mat. Each class is €10.50 including a coffee at the onsite coffee shop, €8 without a coffee
