Whether you're going on to do The Postnatal Program with me, or plan your own journey back into exercise, this mini postnatal program is designed to bridge the gap between birth and returning to exercise. This course teaches gentle core connection and breath work - and other fundamental basics I recommend mastering before returning to exercise. This gentle course containing short, follow along videos, will help to get you ready for that next step of exercising in the weeks to come. I recommend focusing initially on healing and resting before purchasing and starting this program. Although the exercises are gentle, its important to go through the initial healing processes. It will be here when you feel ready.
