Service Description
• Two Class Opportunities
• Every Tuesday & Thursday
• One Class Starting at 11:15am and the other at 12:30pm
• 55 minute class
• All fitness levels welcome - strictly postnatal
• Babies welcome too
• Open for both members & non-members of The Movement Studio
• €240 for the full 6 week term (2 classes per week)
